You are invited to Retreat for the day in the picturesque Surrey Hills on November 19th.
The Smokery, situated on the Albury Estate fishing lakes will be our home for the day as we disconnect to reconnect to our deepest layers. We will explore two main Yoga Practices, one of which will be paired with the soothing sound of the Cello (live). Sound will be a big component of the day as we move into a Sound Healing meditation with Crystal Bowls later. There will be pranayama/breathwork to balance the subtle body and to energise. A nourishing vegetarian lunch is included in the day.
Our special guest will be returning, local Musician, Emily Young who will be delighting us with the blissful sound of the Cello. It’s magic!
Experience pure quality time for you, engage with your mind, body and soul before we move into a busy period of the end of the year and see Winter officially start a month later on December 22nd.
Retreats are all about slowing down, and that doesn’t mean just stopping.

All props will be provided, please bring a yoga mat
