Join myself, Jessica for a nourishing Weekend Retreat set in a beautiful Cotswolds Stone House in Bourton-on-the-Water with our own private wild swimming lake.
Disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and connect back to the deepest layers of you.
With the precious time we have, we will retreat inward with slow and grounding practices such as Yoga Nidra, Crystal Sound Bowl Healing and Yin and Restorative Yoga. We will create space in our minds and bodies with energising Yoga & movement practices and have time to play and challenge ourselves in cold water swimming or ice therapy (if you choose).
The weekend is about reconnecting to you. Slow down, seek equilibrium and reset the nervous system before we move into Autumn a few weeks following the retreat. There will plenty of free time factored in to explore the area if you wish, take a swim, read a book or connect with each other.

The Location
The Lake House is situated in picturesque town of Bourton-on-the-Water, also known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. The house is walking distance into the town, which means you can be car free all weekend and explore what’s on the doorstep with ease.
