SERENDIA X SOULSPACE

This two hour experience is designed to gently recharge your energy as we journey through the slower, dormant winter months.
Experience energising breathwork and activating energy work on the body to awaken and renew body and mind. Be guided through a slow and strengthening movement practice (all levels) before working deeply into bodies' connective tissue with passive Yin work to release tension. Lastly, you will be guided through subtle energy practices of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing to deepen meditative and dream states.
This experience is for all levels.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring the following:
